Trifold brochures are a great way to emphasize one specific thing about a company. In this case a trifold brochure was made to give out showing what is available at the Orono Crossings community that David Weekley Homes has. This trifold's main purpose was to tell those interested in the homes offered that this specific community is in its final stages, is selling fast, won't be available much longer, and would probably be sold out by the end of the year.
THE DESIGN
For this design the front cover that people would see even before opening it needed to be simple and have three things that people would know even if they read nothing else on the brochure. Those three things included who the brochure was promoting, in this case David Weekley Homes made known by the logo at the top of the page. It also needed to what what community of David Weekley Homes was being promoted, which was written just below the picture of the homes in the community. Finally it needed to say the words "Final Opportunities" prominently. The other parts of the brochure on the outside gave the information about the sales consultant at Orono Crossings, the contact info to reach her, and three photos. One photo falling across the front cover and the back side of the brochure showing the townhomes offered, another photo showing a picture of the area in which the community is, and finally a photo of the sales consultant Michele that they would be working with. Inside the brochure it shows the two homes that are offered in the community along with square footage, how many beds and baths are offered in each, and finally the price ranges that each of homes. In the center another photo of the outside of the townhomes is showed while also showing an areal view of the community that is being built. The goal with this brochure was to create awareness about the community and show photos of the interior of the homes.
